🕓 REGISTRATION OPENING HOURS
The Registration Desk, located on ground floor of Forum Expo, will be at disposal of participants during the following hours:
23 March → 08h30 – 17h00
24 March → 08h00 – 17h00
25 March → 08h00 – 18h00
26 March → 08h00 – 15h00
Timings are preliminary and subject to changes.

All meeting areas are covered by a dedicated, free Wi-Fi connection, during the duration of the Forum.

🪪 BADGE PRINTING (for pre-registered participants)
Here’s everything you need to know to make your on-site experience as smooth and efficient as possible:
- Few days before the event you will receive a Confirmation Letter with your personal barcode
- Print or save on your device the letter and scan the barcode at the Registration Desks
- Collect your badge and coupons, if any

🧥 CLOAKROOMS
There will be 2 cloakrooms, one per each building, both on grond floor, that will be at participants’ disposal, free of charge, with the following opening hours:

24 March → 08h00 – 20h00
25 March → 08h00 – 18h30
26 March → 08h00 – 16h00

🤝 NETWORKING AREA
A Networking Area is available in the Forum Plaza, ground floor of Stavanger Forum, with desks, chairs, and plugs, from March 23 to 26.
🥘 LUNCHES AND REFRESHMENTS
Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee. They are held in the Forum Expo, ground floor, at the catering points, from March 24 to 26.
🗣 LANGUAGE
The official language of the Forum is English. Simultaneous translation is not provided.
📃 POSTERS AREA
The poster area is located in Forum Deli, on the first floor of Forum Expo.

🚑 MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/EMERGENCIES
Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Registration Desks located at the entrance of the congress venue.
🚭 NO-SMOKING
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.
📵 MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.

Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or because of the Congress. Therefore, please check the validity of your own insurance.
